HEALTHY CIRCULATION PUMPS HEALTHCIRCULATORY ENZYME THERAPY
BIOLASTIN
Prevents and combats the symptoms of vascular degeneration whilst revitalising the circulatory system. Biolastin is a natural medication made with the latest and most effective enzymes which act on cardiovascular disorders. Biolastin’s systemic action prevents and regulates the symptoms of vascular degeneration and helps to guarantee the physical and mental vitality of the individual. It is highly effective in treating high blood pressure, circulatory disorders of the lower limbs, diminished physical vitality and clarity of thought, headaches, and other ailments caused by possible circulatory disorders.
As a second-line treatment, Biolastin has a boosting action, repairing the damage caused by changes in the circulatory system. Biolastin provides a series of enzymes whose natural production diminishes with age, helping to prevent and heal the geriatric degeneration associated with the decrease in said enzymes. Its use is indicated for the treatment of: coronary sclerosis, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, intermittent claudication, isothermal attacks, and post-apoplectic syndromes.

What are the most common symptoms of circulatory diseases?
*Headaches
*Pain in legs
*Varicose veins
*High blood pressure (Hypertension)
*High cholesterol
*Diminished mental capacity
What can be done to cure these diseases?
Treatment is closely tied to the diagnosis. Since this is a vital area of the body, Biolastin will act as a second-line treatment, although in some cases and as per medical discretion, it can be a primary treatment.
What can be expected from this treatment?
Being a natural enzyme product, symptoms are diminished slowly but progressively in the short term, and the effects of a sustained improvement are notable in the medium term. Treatment on an ongoing basis will allow the physician to better evaluate the disease and its symptoms.
What is its formula and what side effects does it have?
Biolastin contains active enzymatic ingredients which have the capacity to eliminate plaque slowly, improving arterial calibre and therefore impeding stenosis.
Since it contains phyto-active ingredients, Biolastin does not cause side effects nor does it interact with other drugs.
What is felt and what benefits are obtained when using Biolastin?
The symptoms of improvement are progressive. Generally, they manifest themselves by:
*A drop in and normalisation of blood pressure.
*A significant improvement in lipid make-up and a drop in cholesterol.
*A favourable improvement of pain in extremities and varicose and variceal changes.
*Headache and migraine attacks are more spread apart and of lesser intensity.
*Significant improvement in cerebral oxygenation with greater mental clarity and increased memory.
How long before an effect is noted?
Since different pathologies are involved, it is not possible to determine improvement time. The average time will depend on each case and we should point out that treatment with Biolastin always has satisfactory results after 30 days’ use.

Mechanism of Action:
The enzyme components in Biolastin activate phospholipid function and impede fats from sticking to the arterial endothelium, making arteries and veins more elastic and improving arterial calibre.
Pharmacokinetics:
The administration of enzymes by mouth begins as of stimulation by fermentation upon coming into contact with the intestinal tract; absorption thereof is then completed through the chyliferous membranes. Tests show, moreover, an additional induction and absorption by auto-organic means after 5 days of taking the enzyme preparation by mouth, when the process begins slowly but progressively until reaching the maximum level. This can vary for many reasons, depending on the metabolism of each body, but the average maximum action occurs after 15 to 20 consecutive days of administration. Its main active ingredients are metabolised hepatically and eliminated in the faeces.
In the case of administration by injection, the active substances are absorbed quickly into the bloodstream; a significant part of the dosage, between 20 and 60% of the dose administered, is reabsorbed as biologically intact molecules. Maximum concentrations in the plasma have been found 4 to 6 hours later, which tend to remain there for approximately 24 hours; once absorbed, the enzymes are distributed systemically, targeting especially the spot where a disease caused by the deficiency thereof is lodged. This targeted action is based on the interaction with macro-globulin alpha-2, a substance produced by activated immunological cells (macrophages/monocytes). The enzymes absorbed are eliminated by cells of the mononuclear phagocytic system, subsequently at the level of the liver, and ultimately through faecal excretion.
Indications and Dosage:
Below, by way of example, we show some therapeutic recommendations which are based on broad clinical experience, in the following areas of specialisation. However, it is up to the physician’s discretion to decide which dosages and which therapeutic plans to use, depending on each specific disease and case.
The clinical experience which this research has yielded supports the use of Biolastin in combination with other medications, since its coadjutant and boosting action proves the preventative efficacy of Biolastin.
Indications by Specialisation, Dose, Frequency and Administration of the Treatment.
Cardiology:
Coronary Sclerosis: The initial recommended dosage is to inject one (1) ampoule daily for 30 consecutive days, for a total of 30 injections; this treatment should be indicated together with 4 tablets twice daily (4 b.i.d.) before meals for 60 consecutive days; to continue the treatment once the first 2 months have elapsed, a lesser frequency should be indicated, injecting one dose of Biolastin every other day for a total of 15 injections in 30 days, together with 2 tablets twice a day (2 b.i.d.) taken on a daily basis. Patient should be evaluated monthly to ascertain whether to modify or maintain the treatment, as per the physician’s discretion.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should feel a significant improvement in his symptoms.
Hypercholesterolemia: The initial recommended dosage is to inject one (1) ampoule every other day, for a total of 30 injections over 60 days, together with 2 tablets 3 times a day (2 t.i.d.) before meals. Patient should be evaluated monthly to ascertain whether to modify or maintain the treatment, as per the physician’s discretion.
Results: The patient should feel a significant improvement in his symptoms within the first 15 days of the treatment.
Hypertension: The initial recommended dosage is to inject one (1) ampoule daily for 30 days, for a total of 30 injections; together with 2 tablets 3 times a day (2 t.i.d.) before meals for 60 consecutive days; to continue the treatment once the first 2 months have elapsed, one ampoule of Biolastin should be injected every other day, for a total of 45 injections over 3 months, together with 3 tablets twice a day (3 b.i.d.) taken on a daily basis before meals. Internal Medicine:
Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIA): The initial recommended dosage is to inject one (1) ampoule daily for 20 consecutive days, together with 4 tablets twice a day (4 b.i.d.) taken on a daily basis before meals. Patient should be evaluated monthly to ascertain whether to modify or maintain the treatment, as per the physician’s discretion. This is a second-line treatment to the primary treatment indicated by the specialist.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should feel a significant improvement in his ischemic symptoms; which may be noted in his motor and cognitive skills.
Cerebral Sclerosis: The initial recommended dosage is to inject two (2) ampoules daily for 20 days, for a total of 40 injections, together with 4 tablets twice a day (4 b.i.d.) taken on a daily basis before meals. Patient should be evaluated monthly to ascertain whether to modify or maintain the treatment, as per the physician’s discretion. This is a second-line treatment to the primary treatment indicated by the specialist.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should feel a significant improvement in his post-apoplectic symptoms.
Biolastin also acts as a second-line treatment, together with other traditional treatments, in managing the following: Circulatory system disorders, high blood pressure, decreased physical vigour, decreased mental clarity, cold hands and feet, constant sensation of cold, painful varicose veins, headaches caused by circulatory disorders, recovery from surgical and other wounds in general, high cholesterol, persons with a family history of cardiovascular disease.
Analysis:
Experience and research have proven that Biolastin stimulates hydrolysis and therefore the elimination of fatty substances from vascular walls and capillary membranes, as well as increasing the oxidative composition of these substances in the liver. This constitutes the basis for a blood circulation purification process, accompanied by an increase in the oxygen supply to organs.
Contraindications: Being a product made with natural enzymes, it has no contraindications and therefore is compatible with any other medical treatment.
Side Effects: If other medications are administered at the same time as Biolastin and its enzymatic components, the former do not have any effect on the enzymes injected or administered by mouth; however, substances such as neuroleptics, tranquilisers, sedatives, barbiturates, steroids and oestrogen, which suppress metabolic cycles, diminish the dynamic pharmaceutical effect of the enzymes. Therefore, the utmost effort should be made to avoid the simultaneous prescription of such substances.
Administration: Biolastin should be slowly injected IM or IV. It is recommended that it not be injected after ingesting food, preferably waiting 2 hours after meals to administer it. Up to 20 injections can be given in a single day with no contraindications. The injection does not cause any pain or burning sensation.
SUMMARY OF CLINICAL STUDY:
Treatment with Biolastin in the prevention of complications from atherosclerotic plaque
Louis, C., Magna Marra, E.
Hypercholesterolemia has been shown to be a coronary risk factor; however, its prime relevance lies in being a risk for cardiovascular disease. This study reveals the curative and coadjutant role which Biolastin plays in the different hypolipidemic treatments, as well as its intervention in the prevention of complications such as arteriosclerosis and cerebral thrombosis. The role of Biolastin is clearly defined in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and therefore the death resulting therefrom, in addition to reducing the risk of suffering from cerebrovascular disease.
