COMPOSITION
500-mg vials and enterically-coated 250-mg tablets. MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Cellorgane Multicomplex acts by phagocytosis; it passes through to the extra-cellular fluid and then to the intra-cellular fluid to commence the task of cell building, renewal, and regeneration. It is formulated with cell components for men and women. It is recognised as cell therapy, due to its powerful revitalising action on each organ of the human body.  This amazing product regulates and improves male and female disorders caused by different diseases of the endocrine, osteoarticular, digestive, and circulatory systems.  With the use of Cellorgane Multicomplex, the patient’s pains and symptoms diminish, providing a clear improvement in his or her quality of life.

PHARMACOKINETICS

The cells present in the 250-Mg oral form of Cellorgane Multicomplex pass into the bloodstream through the chyliferous membranes; they contain protein structures which, upon being ingested by macrophages (phagocytosis), undergo chemical transformations which keep their molecular structures intact. The patient’s body thus receives a load of macromolecules with a high revitalising potential, since, amongst other bioactive molecules, it receives DNA, RNA, albuminase, nucleotides, amino acids, etc., which work like veritable  "matrices" of new nucleotides. These act by fixing the amino acids of each protein of the donor to homologous structures in the recipient’s tissues. This is what triggers regeneration reactions in diseased tissue. This involves a true correction of the cell physiopathology of the recipient organ, since it is proven that recipient cells have an increased ribosomal synthesis activity (in other words, they manufacture new RNA cell chains.).

In the case of Cellorgane Multicomplex in 500-Mg injectable form, the main active ingredients are absorbed directly into the bloodstream upon administration. This absorption takes place by simple diffusion, following the gradient which exists between the deposit of the main active ingredients and the plasma. There is a rapid speed of absorption, since the area of the capillary membranes which absorb the product is broad and these are very soluble in the interstitial fluid. The relatively large aqueous channels of the endothelial membrane allow a high rate of diffusion of these molecules, regardless of their liposolubility. Distribution is to all the body’s tissues, but mainly to the liver (50%) where some amino acids are stored, after a first-step metabolism. Metabolites are eliminated through the urine and faeces.

In Internal Medicine and Gynaecology, Regenerative Medicine:

Revitalising Treatment.
The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial of Cellorgane Multicomplex Injectable for Men or for Women, according to the sex of the patient, for a total of 20 injections, one daily, over a period of 20 days. It is recommended to suspend treatment for 10 consecutive days and to resume treatment injecting a half-dose of 2.5 ml every other day, for a total of 20 injections (10 vials of Cellorgane Multicomplex) over a period of 40 days. It is recommended to combine these treatments with Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral, indicating one tablet during the day and one tablet in the evening (1 b.i.d.) before meals for 60 days. Treatment can be repeated according to the patient’s condition and results. Generally, this treatment is recommended every six (6) months. Patient should undergo a medical evaluation once the first 2 months of treatment have been completed.
Results: During the first few weeks of treatment, an improvement of all organ values will be noted, and the patient’s vitality and energy will increase.

# 1 Revitalising and Preventative Treatment
The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial of Cellorgane Multicomplex Injectable for Men or for Women, according to the sex of the patient, every other day, for a total of 10 vials over a period of 20 days. In addition, it is recommended to take two tablets daily (1 b.i.d.) (morning and evening, before meals) of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral for 3 consecutive months. Patient should undergo a medical evaluation once the first 2 months of treatment have been completed.
Results: During the first few weeks of treatment, an improvement of all organ values will be noted, and the patient’s vitality and energy will increase.

Loss of Libido: The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial of Cellorgane Multicomplex for Men or for Women, according to the sex of the patient, every other day for a period of two months, for a total of 30 injections. Another recommendation is to inject a half-dose of 2.5 ml every day for 60 consecutive days, for a total of 60 injections. In both cases, the injections should be combined with two (2) tablets daily (1 b.i.d.), one in the morning and one in the evening, before meals, of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral for up to 6 months. Patient should undergo a medical evaluation once the first 2 months of treatment have been completed.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should experience an improvement in his/her symptoms and increased libido.

Stress: The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial   every other day, for a total of 20 injections, or else to inject a half-dose of 2.5 ml every day for 20 consecutive days, plus two (2) tablets daily (1 b.i.d.), one in the morning and one in the evening (60 tablets monthly), before meals, of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral for 3 months. Patient should undergo a medical evaluation once the first 2 months of treatment have been completed.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should experience an improvement in his/her symptoms.

Asthenia: The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial every other day for two months, for a total of 30 injections, or else to inject a half-dose of 2.5 ml daily for 30 days, for a total of 30 injections, according to the pathology. In both cases, these should be taken with two (2) tablets daily (1 b.i.d.), one in the morning and one in the evening (60 tablets monthly), before meals, for 6 months. Patient should undergo a medical evaluation once the first 2 months of treatment have been completed.

In Gynaecology:
Premature Menopause and Climacterium: The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial of Cellorgane Multicomplex for Women every other day, for a total of 10 injections over a period of 20 days, or else to inject a half-dose of 2.5 ml daily for 20 days, for a total of 20 injections over a period of 20 days. In both cases, this treatment should be combined with two (2) tablets of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral, one in the morning and one in the evening (1 b.i.d.), before meals, for 60 days. Patient should undergo clinical evaluations once the first 2 months of treatment have elapsed. Treatment may be repeated with no contraindications or risk to the patient. Generally, this treatment is recommended satisfactorily every six (6) months in patients over age 45 and in other cases of premature menopause.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should experience a significant improvement in her symptoms.

Polycystic Ovary: The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial of Cellorgane Multicomplex for Women daily, for a total of 20 injections over a period of 20 days, or else to inject a half-dose of 2.5 ml daily, for a total of 40 injections over a period of 40 consecutive days. In both cases, this treatment should be combined with two (2) tablets daily of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral, one in the morning and one in the evening (1 b.i.d.), before meals, for 90 days.  
Results: Once the first two (2) months of treatment have elapsed, evaluate with a sonogram to determine the diminution or disappearance of the clinical symptoms and, depending on these results, whether or not to continue with therapy, at physician’s discretion, for two (2) more months.

Internal Medicine:

In disorders such as:

Hepatic Deficiency, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Arthritis, Mental Exhaustion, Rheumatism, Pernicious Anaemia, Rickets and Growth Disorders.
The initial recommended dosage is to inject a full dose of one (1) 5-ml vial of Cellorgane Multicomplex for Men or for Women, according to the sex of the patient, every other day, for a total of 60 injections, or else to inject a half-dose of 2.5 ml daily, for a total of 120 injections over a period of 120 consecutive days. At the same time, this treatment should be combined with two tablets daily of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral, one in the morning and one in the evening (1 b.i.d.), before meals, for six (6) continuous months. For those patients who prefer to avoid needles, it is important to point out that the same results, although with slower therapeutic effect, can be achieved by increasing the dose of   Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral to 5 sugar-coated tablets in the morning and 5 in the evening (5 b.i.d) before meals, for up to 7 continuous months, and subsequently conducting follow-up tests for the pertinent evaluation. Cellorgane Multicomplex Injectable is assimilated quickly, and its effect begins to be noted quickly; generally, symptoms show positive results after the first five (5) injections and, in the case of Cellorgane Multicomplex Oral, after 60 days of continuous treatment.
Results: Once the first stages of the treatment have elapsed, the patient should experience an improvement in his/her symptoms.

Analysis:
The administration of Cellorgane Multicomplex ultra-filtered organ treatments represents a cell therapy with high rates of satisfactory therapeutic results, since Cellorgane Multicomplex contains not only organ extracts, but also enzymes and polypeptides which have been incorporated in the formula so that the simple revitalising action of each organ boosts the effects thereof.  This ensures that a set of organs in a single product are the ones necessary and indispensable to treat and regulate different kinds of organ changes and failures simultaneously, since the key effect thereof, therapeutically speaking, is organ revitalisation.

Contraindications:  Whereas it contains protein extracts, the first few doses may produce an allergic reaction; people with hypertension should have their blood pressure checked. Its use is not recommended if pregnancy is suspected.

Side Effects: On some occasions, red aureoles can appear at the injection site (buttocks area), but the same disappear after 2 hours. The opotherapy organic extracts which make up Cellorgane Multicomplex can produce increased diuresis, which will always be benign.

Administration:  The solution to be injected should be administered IM, preferably deep in the buttocks region. The same should be injected slowly and does not produce any pain.

SUMMARY OF CLINICAL STUDY:
Usefulness of organ cell therapy (“Organotherapy”) in post-menopausal patients: Protocol for administration of Cellorgane Multicomplex.

A study was conducted of 450 post-menopausal women between the ages of 45 and 55, who were administered the medication Cellorgane Multicomplex for Women for a period of six months. During the first three months of treatment, the injectable form of Cellorgane Multicomplex for Women was administered to them IM, and the next three months they were administered a dose of 2000 mg (4 tablets, 2 during the day and 2 at night). Oestrogen levels, in the form of estradiol, were measured by taking a blood sample every 30 days during treatment.

Results: Of the total number of samples, 402 stayed within normal, stable and sustained levels of circulating estradiol.


Conclusions: The administration of Cellorgane Multicomplex on an ongoing basis can maintain levels of circulating estradiol stable; therefore, it can be an alternative replacement therapy for patients who require hormone replacement therapy.
